Bridge is a way of life that we all love---and traveling with like-minded people to some of the best destinations makes it rewarding and fun. Our goal is to elevate your bridge game; therefore, our focus is on education. Because bridge is a game to be played, we will always provide ACBL sanctioned games with silver points. We provide our full schedule several weeks in advance of the cruise. As the itinerary visits many exciting destinations, we don't want you to miss anything from the included excursions and our program will accommodate these excursion times and days.

The Bridge Academy starts in Amsterdam with three nights of discovering the wonders of the “Venice of The North”, followed by 7 Nights cruising the Rhine River from Amsterdam to Basel all while doing what you love most- Learning and Playing Bridge. We will start our bridge journey in Amsterdam at the Deluxe Hotel Pulitzer for three nights of bridge lessons and games before we board the vessel on September 1, 2026. Once aboard we will have mostly daily events, either a lesson or a game. Of course, we will also facilitate bridge games for those interested in play at times other than official Play Bridge at Sea events.

Bridge Professionals On This Sailing

Corey Krantz is a professional bridge player, instructor, and popular lecturer. As a platinum life master, Corey competes on both national and international levels, having received multiple top ten rankings in the North American Bridge Championships. When Corey is not competing professionally, he is a well sought-after instructor and lecturer. Along with offering private and group instruction, online courses, and coordinating bridge cruises, Corey is also an annual American Bridge Teacher’s Association lecturer, promoting teaching skills to fellow bridge teachers.



Refer to cancelation schedule and policy. Refunds will be made less a $200 per booking administration fee on voluntary cancellations after deposit.

Cancellation fees start at 150 days before the event date and depending on cancellation date range from 25% to 100% of total booked. We encourage all passengers to take our optional insurance as shown in our invoices. Refer to all policies on your invoice.

While it does not happen often, our guest teacher may be changed due to scheduling conflicts or if there are an insufficient number of participants, we will advise you at least 150 days before the event date.

SERVICE FEE. The changing landscape of travel and the extraordinary detail associated with planning and booking your travel event has necessitated us to make some changes going forward. Our goal and desire are to always provide the best and most comprehensive service that includes research and recommendations on all aspects of the travel itinerary. When personal plans change after a booking has been made those results in a cancellation, we hope you can respect that we have incurred expenses that cannot be recovered at that point. Agencies work on commission that are paid only after a planned travel event. A cancellation does not provide any relief. Consistent with the industry standards, we will be imposing a service fee on all new bookings. Our service fee will be $200 for any voluntary cancellations that have occurred after a payment is made. We are hopeful you can understand our position and do appreciate your patronage of our travel products.
